Hi, I have the same problem. initially I thought it was just an install problem as it was common to 35 hp laptops with all the same image. But later I realised that another laptop which used to work wasn't doing handwriting either. The only thing in common is that all the machines are up to date with their microsoft updates. I have found nothing on the web except ypur comment and one other set of 3 comments all with the same problem. Other writing recognition software is working i.e penoffice. any help would be appreciated if you have had any success
