Actually, I have a bit of a problem: Right after installing Windows XP Proffesional SP2 (not slipstreamed), I installed the SP3 standalone package and immediately removed the old IE (from Windows Components). Then I installed Internet Explorer 8 followed by VTP (Vista Transformation Pack). After that, whenever I opened Internet Explorer, the old IE launched instead of IE8. So I had to install IE8 again. Therefore, I think that if I integrate IE8 and do not keep the old Internet Explorer, then that problem won't occur. Is my concept right? So my other question is: What if I do not want to keep the old Internet Explorer? Then which options shall I select and deselct in "components" and "compability"?

Hi, I'm quite new to nLite and am a bit confused about "components" and "compatibility". If I integerate Internet Explorer 8 and don't want to keep the default Internet Explorer, then will I select Internet Explorer in the "components" window and deselect it in "compatibility"? Pls Help.......Your assistance shall be highly appreciated
