Apart from using the registry is there an *.exe that is commonly available for the use of actually removing a service and not just disabling it. We test a tool that has a batch service but with each new release (weekly at the mo) we have to edit the registry to remove the service and then go and create a new one. Now that's fine for us in test but if we roll out live with this and the issue is not addressed I would not be keen on the support group doing this as mistakes could easily be made. Any ideas anyone?
