Well, I'll answer my own issue in case anyone else has the same problem. The problem? Change in System Admins. Ours left this summer and I was given the task, learning ISA as I go along. We had a web rule that I overlooked during my first run-through. Call it 'operator headspace' or a PICNIC, either way it was all about the guy sitting in the driver's seat. Figures.

I have ISA 2006 and Exchange 2003 on Server 2003 (two different boxes). When my OWA users click on a URL, they get a 500 server error pointing them to a Security filter. I checked out the closest thing I found was regarding KB837865 (checking to make sure the high bit option is unchecked). I looked at all of our rules and anywhere there was an HTTP setting, I made sure the high bit was unchecked. As it turns out, none of our HTTP-enabled rules had the item checked. I have looked and looked and cannot find a solution to this. Where else can I look? All my client machines are XP with SP2 or SP3 - makes no difference in result. Any ideas?
