Hello again, My other issue with Outlook 2007 and Hotmail is that it appears that I cannot download my e-mails to my hard drive, although this was something that I could do using Incredimail. All I can seem to do is "manage" my e-mails using Outlook Connector. Can I download my e-mails using Outlook or do I have to revert back to Incredimail (not something I really want to do)? If I can download - some pointers would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you again for the help Regards Jules

Hello to all, My first post so a big thank you for all the help. Have been using Outlook 2007 as my e-mail programme (gave up using Incredimail when I got my new notebook) in conjuction with Outlook Connector to send and recieve e-mails from my Hotmail account. Have just started to encounter an issue that I'd like to get sorted and understand a bit better. I have been sorting out my e-mails using Outlook 2007 - end of year tidy up but I have noticed (now the 2nd time) that whilst in Outlook I am all sorted with e-mails in the right folder, they have not been moved in Hotmail. This is the 2nd time I have had this occur, i.e. this the 2nd time I have cleaned up and sorted out my e-mails and folders using Outlook and the work has not synchronised with my Hotmil a/c. I therefore have e-mails on Hotmail, that were supposedly deleted or moved to another folder. Can anyone give me some help in sorting out the problem as I am really miffed that I may have sort out my e-mails for a 3rd time and hope that both places end in sync. If any further info is need please just ask and I'll provide the information to the best of my ability. Thanks and regards Jules
