It has been a while since the last post on this subject, but I want to post my solution for this problem for future refference I created an installation disk using nlite.(v1.0.1) The steps I followed: -Downloaded the Perc 4/Di Raid drivers from the dell support site. -extracted the drivers to a temp folder -started up nlite -used my win2k cd and had the data stored in a folder on my harddrive -I selected the options: Integrate Sevice pack;Integrate drivers;unattended setup;create ISO -I integrated sp4 *** the trick** -I used winrar to open op the driver.cab file in the /i386/ folder -I extracted the mraid35x.sys (win2k and the one in SP4 are the same version)from the cab and copied it over the one in the temp folder containing the driver-selected the correct driver by pointing to the dell drivers in the temp folder (txt driver not pnp) -made some changes to the unattended setup (unattended mode: provide defaults) -started the process -created an iso and burned it to cd rom The CD let me install win2k without any problems with the Perc driver and error messages. Hopes this helps someone Ron Thank you for this solution! Works great.
