Was converted (not by choice!) from "classic hotmail" to Windows Live. Now, my folders (sub categories of Inbox) are missing from the screen. These include Junk, Sent Items, Manage Folders, and some folders I created. Also, under "Options," only a couple are shown which causes a problem: I want to add some new approved email address but can not do so any longer under "Options." Thanks for any help.
