    Portable Access 2007

    I have made portable ms access to use with my mdb files

    the problem that i have office installed on the computer

    so the default open with is "microsoft office access" and its associated with it by default

    now for my username i can let it work by choosing right click on the mdb file >> open with >> choose program >> locate my portable exe file >> then tick to use it always >> ok

    but when another user is using the computer so it will use by default also the normal office access ,

    Q1- how i can make it default player for all mdb files for any user uses this computer ( by registery ) ???

    Q2- is it allow by microsoft low to use portable access on computer that office is installed and licensed ? i mean can i use it based on the main license which is for this computer ?

    Out of joke, it completely failed for me.

    Besides it is a very dirty way of doing.

    Much more dirty than using additional programs.

    At least because the useless -if not harmfull- stuff it loads in the registry will stay there, while addition progs don't.

    [PROBELM] ContextMenu

    Hello

    it's very bad thing when i am pressing right click on any file to get the contextmenu its coming balck menu

    and the time i am killing the explorer.exe proccess the menu it comes normal

    any body had like this problem before

    how to solve the fatal errors

    1- after you make the admin install open the forlder and copy/past the Setup folder from the oreginal nero forlder

    2- then make new folder with CAB name in the admin install folder

    3- copy these to cabs inside the new CAB folder "0AA0A4EA.cab"

    and "307C0B60.cab".

    4- use this command to install nero silently "msiexec /i nero.msi STARTPARAM="CallFromExe" DONOTRUNSETUPX="1" /QB"

    Best Result with Nero Setup

    1- Extract the nero exe file dont run it

    2- Delete all unnecessary files like .MST files and Eula files

    3- Edit the Nero.msi file with Admin Studio and remove all the component you dont need.

    4- run the setupX.exe and wait till the file make the new Cabs files then

    close it.

    5- now make the admin install

    6- use this command to install nero silently "msiexec /i Nero.msi /QB /norestart"

    and enjoy the new nero install with all the shortcuts
