The Windows Updates Downloader is very useful, but how to change the Windows Update to point to the Local Drives? If cannot be changed, then it's very time consuming to execute each update files?

I have setup my 2003 Server, and I would like to set some accounts for the users to use the Remote Desktop Connection. All the other users are set to the Administrator Group, but I would like to limit the users not allow to do the following listed:

1. Cannot Shutdown the Server

2. No Programs Group

3. No Desktop

4. No Task Manager

5. Cannot open all Drives

6. Allow to use the Software which startup once login only

For different users may have different settings, how to do so?
