Hello. I'm trying to use MS Powerpoint's Color Typewriter to create a "terminator-screen"-like effect, where information appears letter by letter, but quickly, just like it might on a computer readout in the movies.
The problem is, Powerpoint doesn't animate that particular effect smoothly...it's very herky-jerky and has a tendency to animate lines several words at a time instead of one letter at a time. Is this just an inherent flaw in Powerpoint when trying to use that effect? I heard somewhere about making sure you have the right print drivers installed; I checked on that and I think I'm OK. So what gives? I could use some info/advice...thanks!
