I am a small business owner that uses Royal cash registers as part of my operation. We have recently purchased a new computer that has the Vista OS on it (32bit Home Premium) and I am trying to download the most recent version of Royal's software, Register Link V1.0N. I have tried running the program during the download as well as saving it on my desktop and launching it from there. I have tried changing the compatability features in properties and no luck. Everytime I get to the part were the window pops up and says; "this will install Register link, do you want to continue?", I click yes and then I get an error message that reads; NTVDM.EXE has stopped working. I have tried contacting customer support to no avail and so now I am reaching out to you all for help or guidance. Either would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Doug
