I have a similar problem with MSDN SP3 iso. After integrating a hotfixes pack (tried two compilations http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6438 and http://www.ryanvm.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5687 ), applications (IE7, WMP11) and drivers, changing some options and tweaks with nLite, there no IE, WMP and etc in Start Menu. I've tried some different combinations and some times I had an error with missing framedyn.dll. Adding items to right click menu of My Computer also doesn't work. nLite 1.4.7.
