I also have started having problems with the Correct Timezone being loaded. I set it to be -5 (Eastern US) but it insists that the time zone is Kabul +430 I start a new session (Dont load previous) Any ideas?? I saw this problem w/nlite v4.6 & 4.7, it used to work??
