  1. Hi, I want to automate the task of creating and configuring a broadband internet connection in Win XP where I have to type a username and password. Usually I have to use start -> programs -> accessories -> communications ->new connection wizard but I was wondering if this could be done unattended... I also need to store the username and password somewhere so that I won't have to type them on every new windows install.
  2. Ok, pls post them soon. Thanks.
  3. Nepali, I've tried what you suggested. The link on my desktop doesn't do nothing when I click on it. If I go to "Network Connections" and I click on the connection, it doesn't load the my username and password that were set when I copied $OEM$\$Docs\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\pbk . Do I need a .ins file for this?
  4. I want only the drivers. I think I ll use an AutoIt script for this.
  5. I have a HP Deskjet F2180 printer and I would like to make an silent install for it's drivers. Problem is that I don't know what sort of setup package the drivers use, so that I can make them install silently... How can I find out ..?
  6. Yes, there is the rasphone file in this folder: %systemdrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\pbk configured with my settings. How can I create a link to this on the desktop (unattended)?
