Got a ? on buying a laptop

Wander if some of you can tell me what is a good laptop and what it all should have in it.

I need this to be able to do just about anything on it like photo editing, videos, music editing cause i am looking for something to do like dj music for my business and be able to do what ever i want it to do

i am thinking it should be a 17' or bigger wide screen like the wide screen LOL

well i have 2500.00 put to the side for the computer so that is why i am trying to find the best for this computer also i really don't like ATI video cards have problems with them in the past.

See I am running win xp pro. and what i am wanting to do is reformat my drive re-install some software tweak it out the way i want it and then back a image file so the next time something would go wrong and i have to lets say reformat all i have to do is put that disk in and intsall it just like you would get a restore disk with a brand name computer lets say like HP when you buy one.

I was wondering how I can make a image file of my computer

Lets say I do a restore on my system and put in what i want and tweaks

i am wanting to make a restore disk so if i have to restore it again all of the tweaks and stuff that i have put in is done and won't have to do that again i can just run the disk that i made and it is all done.

Hi there I have a game that is called The Oregon trail.

It is for windows xp which is on both computers.

installed fine but when you go to play it on the one computer you get the message QT.5 have caused a error. and then closes

now on the other computer it plays fine.

which is a little less then it is on the computer that i am trying to put it on.

I am having a problem on trying to get all of my computers to show on the same network.

This is what I have right now.

1. Berklin wire and wireless router

2. Hub

3. cable modem

which right now i change get all of the computers on the network to show not enough ports in the back for them to all plug into. So should I just go wireless if so what would be the best to use.

I have used linkly before which I have liked. and as for the cards in the computer would it be better to use the usb ones I have seen.

really need to get this thing moving

oh yea I not sure but would like something that all the computers could use as to something like to put all the pictures, videos and music on and other stuff so there is one place for all computers to link to cause right now I have them on my computer and copy them to the other computers that gets to be a pain.
