Whenever I try to open a .snp file in Snapshot Viewer 11.0 (Access 2003 add-on) I get an error message that reads, "An error occurred while opening a Snapshot File." I have done the following: 1. Re-installed Snapshot Viewer 2. Updated my printer driver 3. Updated Office 2003 4. Cleaned my registry 5. Deleted my temp files, cookies, and temporary Internet files Any ideas?
