[Win 2003 & hard disk problem]

Hello

I just finish install windows 2003 and my friend come to my with his HDD and here is the problem disk i recognized in bios all works fine but under win2003 i cant see any partition, but windows see disk under "menage devices"(hope to write it correct :-D) i try on another disk same problem my buddy who install also win2003 has the same problem any idea??

Ps i fallowed msfn guide to convert win2003 to deskopt

is there an option do enable to see logon screen just like in xp you know with blue screen and login names??yes i know it have been post earlier but maybe someone will know now
