It did work before for long time then stop. I could'nt fix it out

Is there anyone out there know how to fix this problem? For windows xp after I put it in hibernated. when I try to start it back up it stuck at count down and freeze even I try to hit F8. still nothing. Try to reinstall windows xp again still won't work. any suggestion, Thank you.
