Alright well I have a significant number of documents I need to be put into excel. Essentially I want to import certain lines of each document into the program. First there is a name which needs to be imported. Then there is a checklist with checkmarks and "No"s. What I'd like to do is import the checkmark as "Yes" or a checkmark if possible. The "No"s are fine to be imported as is. Every checklist is in the exact same position in rectangular coordinates so I'm wondering if there is something in excel (or a 3rd party application) which would allow me to import from a certain portion of the document in rectangular coordinates. For example only from (2,3) to (3,4) and (5,6) to (5,7). Due to the fact that the checkmarks are different sizes and quality, possibly even just a check for all white spaces or not? And if there are some locations in the area which are not all white spaces, trigger an event which inputs "Yes"? This is just how I would perceive it however I realize this is probably not realistic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
