I've read several walkthroughs, but alot of them seem complex.. i mean much more complex than they really should be.. lol. I was wondering what is your way of slipstreaming sp1, and do you do yours?

What are the pros and cons to vlite? More specifically, what kind of bugs still remain in vlite? I know that this software is still in RC form, but I would just like to know if there are any crippling bugs that still remain, or that are known and going to be fixed in a release? And does anyone recommend any specific components to leave, and take away? And finally, Can I still update my vista os? like through microsoft update, or is that no longer an option once i install a lite vista?
