I just got a Dell XPS 630 and the first thing I did was wipe the Dell crap off the drive and try a fresh install of XP. However, my custom XP CD that I made with nLite gives me a stop error when I try to boot from it. It doesn't mention any specific driver, it's just a generic stop error (0x0000007b). I tried burning a fresh copy of the cd but got the same results. I was able to install fine with the Dell XP CD that came with the computer so I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware issue. My nLite CD was created from a slipstreamed SP2 copy of XP, with a fairly recent RyanVM update pack. I've used this exact CD to install Windows at least 5 times on 3 different computers (a Dell Inspiron 9300, Mac Mini, and custom built desktop (Athlon 64 x2, nForce4 motherboard)) so I'm not sure why it doesn't like the XPS. I've attached my config file; if anyone has any clue what could be wrong or has run into this before any help would be appreciated. LAST_SESSION.INI
