I can't seem to access the internet on my psp anymore. I know my network has a wep key but when I scan for connections and it shows up on the list it says I have to enter a WPA key. When I enter the wep key instead it says a connection could not be established and to check my network settings. I'm completely clueless when it comes to computers and the like so I would be extremely grateful if anyone knew what was going on. Thanks.

Every time I log on I get multiple messages telling me certain programmes can't be opened. I open firefox and hundreds of windows open up all by themselves. When I close them the tabs in one window start opening up themselves. There is no load bar in the corner either. I don't know if its a virus or what, a norton security message comes up and says it can't be run to scan messenger or something. I don't know what's going on. Any help would be appreciated.
