  1. My unattended install of MS Office XP works. However, it installs using the INSTALL option rather than the COMPLETE option. We always use the COMPLETE option to avoid getting calls from users that a function of XP won't work because it needs the original disk. When it uses the INSTALL option, the file size is around 200 MB. When you choose the COMPLETE option, the size is over 400 MB. Does anyone know the secret to forcing Office XP to go with the COMPLETE install option? I don't see where this option is offered using the Office Custom Installation Wizard. I have spent 30 minutes trying to find this answer on this forum and at the Microsoft Site. Thanks.
  2. Hi; I'm using the MSFN Guide to create an Unattended install. The XP OS, SP2, and Patches install nicely, but I can't seem to make headway with Office XP. It has installed, using the RunOnceEX file, but you can't use it. Everywhere I click, the mouse just beeps. I removed the /qb- switch and found that the install stops on the opening screen and if I click Next, the install stops without any information. I've done the admin install and the office maint. wizard to create the Unattended.MST file. Any ideas? Thanks; Rocky24
