When I am in Word, Excel, or Outlook (probably Access and powerpoint too) and I try to save or open a file, the program hangs for 30+ seconds before it shows me other files on my harddrive. I'm not using a shared drive. I've defragged, cleaned the computer, deleted temp files and cookies, reinstalled the programs, and everything I could think of. When I open the task monitor as this problem occurs, I see that the svchost is running heavily, but I have no idea what that means. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

I'm having the exact same problem. It started just a few days ago. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it due to a recent update from Microsoft? It's very annoying. Thanks.
