  1. Nuhi, tried all of the above. No Joy.

It now gives the popup box when I start the program where it wants you

    to install the WIM filter.

    I'm stuck in a check/egg scenario.

If I follow the directions again and install the WIM filter/files, I'm sure I'd get that error message again.

  2. Version 1.2 has been a big PITA for me so far. Using 64-bit Ultimate.

First with the BS of the WAIK installing, then I keep getting this error

whenever I try to select the Vista installation files folder:

See the end of this message for details on invoking

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** Exception Text **************

System.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)

  3. Yes, that did the trick! Thank you!

I gotta say, vLite is an awesome kick-a** program :thumbup

I'm going to try to integrate some utility programs into an install - things like Anti-Virus, Diskeeper, etc., using the

Reverse Integration method. Hope it works.

  4. OK, using vLite 1.1.1.

I've downloaded SP1 & used the Reverse Integration Guide from Winbeta.org to make a new Install.wim

that has SP1. I've tried vLite twice now: I go through all the options - deleting stuff I don't want & changing a few

options to be enabled or disabled. I then create the .iso, burn it to a DVD.

Everything installs with 0 problems - that's the problem! EVERYTHING that I tried removing using vLite winds up

in the system after I finish the setup. SP1 is there, which is great, but so is everything I tried to remove and

all the settings are default on the ones I tried changing.

    This is Ultimate 64-bit.
