I need some help with an internet problem. A few days ago my computer found a netsky worm located in windows/winlogon.exe. I deleted this file and now I can not get on the internet. I have cable internet so I called the company and one person said that the problem looked as if my ethernet card had a signal spike. Can any one explain to me what a signal spike is or what in the world I did? Also, another person said that there is a problem with my ethernet card but could not explain to me what the problem was. I looked at the ethernet card in the systems folder and I do not show any problems with the card. Could someone tell me what has happened to my connection. Thank you. Lniver
