CALIGSTAR posted a topic in Programming (C++, Delphi, VB/VBS, CMD/batch, etc.)
Is there any way to edit MSN messenger so that the popup alert STAYS on the desktop after it pops up rather than disappear after a few seconds?? I'm willing to pay anyone who does this for me... Thanks.
