Thanks, I'll give that a try. The machine I tried to use it from is admittedly a mess. It's a XP install that I've used for many many many years and have since P2V'd it to run on my Power Mac....

I'm trying to create a thin vista for vmware vdi deployment. I boot from my vlite created ISO, go through the install process then when it asks you to remove all CDs and reboot to continue install it blue screens shortly after the "getting ready to start vista for the first time" message. During the rebuilding phase I do get a Registry Load Error: Cannot find the file specified but you can click through it and it finishes the rebuild without further error. I've tried a couple of different builds with the same results.
