  1. Ok, here's the problem, I might have screwed myself on this one, but I'm hoping someone can help me out of it. I used vLite to create a stripped down version of Vista, and along the way uninstalled IE (I haven't used it since Win98 so meh!). I also chose to uninstall ActiveX as I was thinking that it was used primarily by IE, I know FireFox doesn't use it. Well apparently primarily may be the word, but I did find one rather important (to me) program that needs it. GPS Trackmaker. I just got finished setting my computer up and reinstalling about 90% of the stuff I need. I -really- don't want to have to format again just to get ActiveX back, but I also really need it. Is there any way to re-install the ActiveX Installer Service? Thanks for any help you guys can offer.
