OK! - Tried Administrator and no go. - Re-installed WMP9 and it disappeared (Setup gave me a similar Privacy dialog but at least it's accepting my options) - No problem with NO WMP9. - Mind my ignorance, but what is the Failsafe Install? Quin

Pardon me if this was discussed allready. I did a search but it came out empty handed. All went OK - even Windows Update shows I'm fully updated. But whenever I attempt to open Media Player 9, which was slipstreamed using the XPCREATE method, it gives me a dialog box with Privacy Options and Privacy Statement Tabs. Clicking the Continue button just flashes the dialog and then reappears. Do I miss anything? Please help
