Hey, just a quick question. I tried searching for it, but to no end. Within my Windows XP Professional CD is a folder called 'DOTNETFX' - I've ran the binary file from it before (post-installation, of course... ;D) and it installs .NET 1.1. My question is... Can I delete it from my unattended CD without creating an error? Thanks in advance! PS When reading the unattended.txt reference manual that comes w/ the SP2 deployment tools, it describes the $OEM$ folder being 'within' the i386 folder. The MSFN unattended guide describes it as within the root of the CD. So I naturally assumed it must be within the i386 folder only during a network boot/install/deployment, correct? It's just been nagging me! PPS I am also curious of the root directy files. (ie WIN51, WIN51IP, and WIN51IP.SP2 - as well as the readme.htm and setupxp.htm) Are these required? Obviously, setup.exe and autorun.inf are, but are those others? And do I really need the .inf for a boot installation? I figure autorun.inf is only for a Windows environment, but I do believe the boot sector only calls for SETUP.EXE, correct? Thanks again!
