Well, I cannot log on from Safe Mode, so far. And I cannot log on from Classic. Still trying. More to come. It just takes so long to shut it down every time I try something. This is eating up a ton of time, but I can't give up. I am going to try the safe-mode log on again if I can ever shut the thing down..... Rick Cincinnati

Hi... You all have been so helpful in the past. New problem today... Hope SOMEONE can help as I am a bit panicked. When I click on my log-in name and my password, up comes the following message, and I can go no further: "EXPLORER.EXE-Bad Image c:/Windows/system 32/BROWSEUI.dll is not a valid Windows image.
