There should be no issues. Just 'add' it to the domain the same way as a workstation is done. All it does is create an object in AD for the W2k3 member server the same as if it is a workstation. Just remember to move the AD object to somewhere different than in the 'Computers' container if you are using GPO's for Member Servers. Regards
