Thanks for the quick reply. This is from my corporate IT build. I'll give that a try. I'm also thinking removing the languages from the Lang.ini is a good idea, assuming this doesn't cause a conflict with the Install.wim file. I'll report back with my findings.

I've disabled all language packs, but there are two that remain (outside of my native language, en-US): de-DE and ja-JP. These take up 500MB and I don't (think I) need them. In vLite's integration tab under "Language Pack" I see "Already integrated language packs". These languages are listed there. Are these needed? Is there a way via vLite to remove these? Or can I delete the folders under /LangPacks (which each include an LP.CAB file).
