Is there a way to do this? I don't want to block the user from being able to install drivers, I just don't want the OS to automatically search the driver store for new hardware (more specifically only display drivers, but if it must be global that's fine). Any suggestions?

I've been trying to find out the Run command that will let me do such a thing so that the login window pops up after I type "\\servername" and I'm able to change my login. I know there is one because I've done it before but forgot and now I can't find it online.
