and if i have removed hardware support ?? what is the issue ? Can i install tcp/printer ?

hello, after Vliting WinVista, and remove printer driver, I can't add printer/TCP in my new Vistalite, 'cause there is no icon for printing support in the control panel. Sorry for my poor english, I'm french Can anybody help me ?
