I have installed every available installer of directx9 for windows xp_64... When I try to run dx9 games, they all claim d3dx9_30 is not available when the latest November re-distribution installer copied that file (or claimed it did)... I do not see that file on dxdiag screens. Anyone else seen this? Any ideas? Thanks.
