As per the title, I am attempting to do an upgrade of XP Home to XP Pro. There is no problems doing this manually, but it would be quite nice to do it unattended as we must do 65 of them. What I have: XP Professional VLK (Volume License) XP Professional Upgrade Volume License CD Some knowledge of doing unattended installations from scratch w/ nLite I can quite easily do a new install using an answer file, but the problem is I need this to be an in place upgrade. I know there is very limited questions during an upgrade which is why I assume this is quite simple. Setup must be started, upgrade selected instead of new install, insert product key, update setup and wait. Is it possible to do an unattended upgrade from home to pro? I Appreciate all input --SM
