[Alt + 255 : Terror for Folder Name in Vista]

I rights click "New" > "WinRAR Archive" and dragged the " " (nameless) folder into it and selected "Delete files after archiving".... that got rid of the folder.

but if anybody don't hv rar or else then how toget rid of it???

U solved 1 prob of deletion only...

what about Rename, copy 'n' paste.

If u want to rename the folder please follow the steps

Open cmd and navigate to folder

and type

move "< press ALT+255 >" your File name whatever it is

it looks like this

move " " MSFN

hit enter and your folder will be renamed to MSFN

rd "< press ALT+255 >"

it looks like this

rd " "

hit enter and your folder will be removed permanently !
