  1. Folks, I've tried to find and read every post about the SFC/WFP errors. Almost all of them deal with the setup that got them to the SFC/WFP error, but none about temporary ways to avoid them until nuhi (bless him and all his efforts) manages to find a work around. The only thing I've seen is one person stating just disable SFC when you make your disk. Of course nuhi has inserted that wonderful "will drastically reduce the life of your install". That wouldn't be good because I'm looking to do this for clients who want their computers restored. So, do any of these options GUARANTEE no SFC with a 2-3 year life span for an install? 1) Disable SFC inside nlite 2) Integrate software (Open office, WMP 11, IE 7, AVG, SpywareTerm) but don't integrate any hot fixes and let Windows Updater do the heavy lifting? 3) Remove components, integrate software? We all want SFC/WFP to be fixed, but what can we do to stop being annoyed for now? Thanks for your time, Mike
  2. I would like to know what it truly means to integrate a driver with nlite? Not the steps necessary, but the result on a computer. For instance, if I'm trying to make a disk that will include the majority of the Dell Dimension 2400 drivers, what will happen if I install that disk on a non Dell computer? Are the drivers just sort of waiting there and if Windows detects the hardware it will install them or will the drivers be installed regardless of hardware, thus messing up an install on a non-Dell computer? Thanks for your help. Mike
