Yea i thought about that however im on a college network so routers for some reason do not work here. Obviously the college did that on purpose, dont know why but theres got to be another way.

Hello all, I just bought an Ethernet splitter so i can use my laptop and ps3 at the same time. However, now when i connect both of them there is a message that pops up that states there is an IP conflict. I expected this however now my ps3 wont go on the internet and my laptop seems slow once in a blue moon. if anyone knows how i can correct this issue so i can use both my ps3 and laptop w/o a problem i appreciate it.
