I have windows xp service pack 2 installed on my system. There is a very peculiar problem I am facing with my computer. I want to open a online stock trading a/c and the ticker on the website of the depository works on MSJVM. When I downloaded the MSJVM from the company website, its installation shows me complete, but I cant see option of MSJVM in internet properties>advanced, which according to company official should show. Later on we uninstalled java which was already installed on my system and reinstalled the MSJVM but even this didn’t helped. He even cleared the registry files and even removed java folder from windows folder in my c drive. Since last few days I have been trying to figure out the problem but couldn’t found any answer. What company official was saying to me that normally once we install MSJVM on a system, the option should come in internet properties>advanced where one can check and uncheck the MSJVM option once the same is installed. Could anybody please help me sort out this problem? And provide the solution to this problem. The trading site does support MSJVM otherwise I will not be able to view the live quotes.
