  2. G'day My computer is full of bugs which I cannot get rid of (have no patience left) and I want to change a few things as well. I think the best plan is to start from scratch and reinstall windows XP again. My question is :how many times will microsoft let you reinstall ,activate and register windows XP. I read somewhere 3 times was the limit . I also read that you could copy a file from XP and insert it back when you reinstall is this true . Any help willbe appreciated. Thanx muchly

  6. I bought my motherboard on the recomendation of Custom PC mag in the UK.The board is AOpen AK79D 400 max. My computer is running ok but there doesn,t seem to be many people out there who are big fans. I am getting the feeling I should have bought Asus or Gigabytes boards .Anyone got any comments on AOpens board . Custom PC also recomended Chaintech s offering the 7NJS ,it is pricey but will it outperform the Asus and Gigabyte or does it just do the same job. Interested to hear anyones comment .I have not built up any loyalties to anyone product so you will not offend sys stats AMD xp2500+ 2.05 mhz AOpen AK79D 400 max 1gig corsair 3200 ram 80gig ata hd 120 sata hd XFX 5700 ultra gpu
  7. I am thinking of going to the good old US of A on a buying trip, thanks to the weak dollar. Does anyone know of a department superstore that has all computer hardwares at cheap prices in the New York area. Alternatively is there an online store that stands out as the best for value that ships to the UK minus the taxes. It would be good to compare prices before I go and if they dont ship to the UK maybe I could have them sent to the hotel. Also while I am here, is there such shops in europe where I can avoid paying the rip off prices we pay for everthing in the UK. THANKS FOR THE HELP.
