no upgrades it's clean install just tell me where can i find the previous versions folders? to remove it, or tell me how to perform a disk cleanup i did cleanmgr, tuneup utilities errr ..

hey all im facing a problem, i tried to fix it but that doesn't work for me, the problem is the C:\ drive is 80 giga all folders are almost 30 giga with the hidden, protected hidden files & folders , but freespace is 9 giga from the 80 there was 2 backups in the that menu called previous versions, i read online they say disable system restore then i did but nothing happend what is the solution for this problem?
