I have vista business installed on my computer and when listening to radio via the net or watching movies and doing other things at the same time I get a static sound coming from my speakers that gets louder with time the only way to stop it s to reboot. anyone else have this prob? any solutions? I am using an onboard sc if it matters but previously when i was using XP i was not having any prob' with either my speakers or my sc

I have tried inserting a background image into my word document but instead of it being shown as a single picture I get a tiled repetitionof the picture, and when printed the pictures become even smaller tiled images. Any suggestions?
