Ponghy, Thanks for the quick response... I have tried 2 different disks. I have a test machine that has a 12 G Hd, 512 MB RAM, that I use to test softwares and such. This is the machine I am testing this on. On both ere disks, the installation stopped at the same place/point in time. This leads me to think there is something that is not working. VMWare, I do not have that so I cannot create a vir machine. As for the Admin password, I will check for the info you stated, but now the Million $$$$ question.... where in the heck is this file located???? During the setup for the ISO, I did go into the unattended and placed all the information there, maybe I should not have left the Admin password field blank.... but I will check... Any other thoughts on the reason why the installatiojn is stopping at the 32 Min mark????? Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 919263

OK, I tried to create an unattended XP setup as per the tutorials.... Got the basic files from my SP1 disk, slipstreamed the SP2, got Ryans Post SP2 Hot Fixes and integrated those, .... Did nothing else, just created the Unattended disk iso. Now when I am testing this on the test machine 2 things are happening till now.... First, Even though this is an unattended install.... it still asks me about the Admin password..... Second and the Bigger one is... During the install..... when the progress reaches : "32 Mins left" and the Networking components are being installed, the whole setup frezes..... I have rebooted and started the install 3-4 times, with the Network cable plugged, or unplugged... but it gets to that point and freezes..... I gave it all night thinking that it might work, but the installation stops at 32 mins left and at the time Networking components installation.... Please help as I am new to all this and in a very steep learning curve.... 919263 Brought this topic from Unattended section as there was no responce even after 26 views......
