Just a few hours ago I was happily surfing the web using IE7 and then all of a sudden I started getting the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" page at every webpage. I rebooted and tried again, still getting the same error, I re-installed IE7 it and got the same problem. FireFox works fine. I've tried reinstalling, clearing the temporary internet files, the cookies, the history, the form data, the passwords, I've tried spyware scanning, and virus scanning, and still nothing.
