Right-click the start menu, go to properties. In the second tab (Start menu) click customize for the XP menu. There is an option in the advanced tab to remove it. You can access it still through the control panel. Hope this helps! Truk

I have noticed many people with the send-to desktop link missing, and if you remove it through nlite, the traditional fixes don't work, so I thought I'd let people know that there is a fix here. This works no matter what you did to remove it. Hope this helps! Truk
