I have recently added a Windows 2003 Server to my network which is mixed environment of Windows 2000 and 2003 Servers. Each time the server reboots i see an error in the event log: Source: NETLOGON Category: None Type: Error Event ID: 5779 User: N/A Computer: NDEXCH02 Description: The site name for this computer is 'local.ndaviess1'. That site name is not a valid site name. A site name must be a valid DNS label. Rename the site to be a valid name. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I have only come into this position about a month ago and the gentelman I replaced is deceased so there is not picking his brain about how things were setup or why. I am stumped here and have found only one other person in 2004 that has seen this problem. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks in advance.... Mara
