Hi,
When I'm starting to think about it, it is very obvious the the NIC driver is cause.
Whenever I Undocked the laptop, or plugged out the Ethernet cable, the laptop crashed.
I'll inform you if one if the following helped me.
[edited]
Well, there is no new version for my NIC driver so I have disabled the checksum.
I have disabled the it in the following:
Offloading Receive TCP checksum
Offloading Transmit TCP checksum
{Problem still occurs}

Hi,
I have attached the Dump files.
There isn't any additional text message like "like IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".
The "0X400000080" message is the only thing appeared in the "Event log"

Hi,
Twice a day I get BSOD on my new Lenovo T61 laptop.
The error message is always 0X400000080 and for each crash a 'Dump' file is created.
I have searched for solution on MS Technet and could find one.
Can you assist?

Sorry for the delay, but I was not at work for a long time.
I have removed Windows Desktop Messenger and stoped at startup the following DLL files:
*browseui.dll
*TDSHELL.DLL
That didn't fix the issue.

Do you mean that I can install IIS 7.0 on windows Vista machine from the OS CD?
Or that I can install it on different OS but I have to use Vista's CD to install it?

Both Dr Watson and Windows debugging tools have created the dmp files.

On my VM I set a SCSI HD, when I had removed it and added a IDE HD it worked.

Try doing it under safe mode

When using remote desktop to connect a Vista Ent edition from Windows XPSP2 I receive an error message
(See attached).
I don't use roaming profile.
The thing is that my wallpaper is loaded (I have not checked other settings)
I have found out that when I'm logged on via remote desktop my user profile is being to change to roaming.
Is there any setting that causes it?

I couldn't find in the BIOS any option to turn on memory remapping in the BIOS...
I have enabled the PAE and disabled the DEP.
My CPU is Intel D820 2.8 GHz and my motherboard is chipset is Intel 945G
Does it support 4GM of RAM??

I know that 32bit machines can only handle up to 4GB of memory (RAM+Cmos...)
but I have got Vista 64bit enterprise edition and it only sees 3.3GB of RAM.
What shell I do??

I've had this kind of problem with both word and excel. fixing it involved reinstalling the print driver for the default printer.
It also happened to me in outlook. Whenever I had moved the mouse cursor near the printer icon it crashed.
Try uninstall the printer from the add\remove programs and then check what happen with those excel files.

What do you need it for??

There is another friendly option to delete those files.
You can install unlocker
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
then right click on the lunch unlocker
